OUR ROLES

The Malaysian FIRST Foundation plays the role of mobiliser for thinking and action in two main areas :

a) human resource & talent development;

b) use of Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM including Life Sciences) for new practical innovations and sustainable solutions through developing focal point projects for impact

The Malaysian FIRST Foundation:

• Provides a forum for policy makers in government, industry practitioners, thought leaders, academic luminaries and all other stakeholders to discuss national, regional and global trends and implementation of specific policy initiatives to address issues and identified problems

• Provides for the nurturing of the talented within society and recognition of their leadership, achievements and contributions towards the community and the planet through sustainability innovation.

• Provides a networking platform for entrepreneurs, scientists, financiers and other relevant parties to mobilise ventures in all technology areas
